  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup olive oil (San Remo)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh basil for garnish

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the gluten-free or whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
